-Reliable transportation
-Smart phone with access to camera, text messaging, and applications/ internet
-Mobile phone location services MUST be on during the entire shift per time-clock (geofencing) requirements
- Proof of service after every service rendered (i.e. photos of work uploaded to chat)
Cleaning Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm
K.Payne Contracting, LLC has been in business since November, 2016, growing from a one woman operation into a large team of professionals. Our office, located in the heart of north Nashville, serves as the base of cleaning operations for many satisfied customers and businesses.
