Description
HIRING: Janitorial SupervisorNashville, TNWe are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at a commercial facility in Nashville, TN.Schedule:Monday – Friday5:00 PM – 10:00 PMPay:$19.00 per hourPosition Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support janitorial staff during shifts
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
- Perform hands-on cleaning as needed
- Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with management
- Ensure proper use of supplies and equipmentRequirements:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Must pass background check
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
