Clean Team Inc. is currently hiring reliable, detail-oriented team members to join our commercial cleaning team in Northeast Grand Rapids. This part-time position offers a consistent schedule, paid training, and opportunities for growth with a company that values hard work and dependability.
No previous cleaning experience is required. We provide all necessary training and support to help you succeed.
Position Details
Location: Northeast Grand Rapids, MI
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week
Schedule:
Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Friday: 10:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Saturday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our clients by performing the following duties:
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and common areas
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors
Empty trash and recycling containers
Restock restroom and breakroom supplies
Dust surfaces and clean glass, doors, and high-touch areas
Follow cleaning procedures and quality standards
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently
Follow facility security and closing procedures

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work scheduled evening and overnight shifts
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
