Looking for independent subcontractors to partner with in the midlands area for small to medium sized commercial cleaning projects.  This would be a great opportunity for a solopreneur, small cleaning businesses, residential cleaners looking to test the waters in the commercial cleaning field, or a budding entrepreneur looking to become self-employed.  

Pay for these projects vary due to scope of work, number of days, number of hours, etc.  Each project has its own individual scope of work, but they all follow a usual routine of floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), trash removal, bathroom cleaning, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and other routine janitorial tasks.   

The ideal candidate would be someone who is self-motivated and looking to start small with a vision to grow their business and reputation in the commercial cleaning business.  Training, scope of work, background checks, and other requirements would vary depending on the project and would be discussed before start of work.
