About the Position…
As a Team Lead for Office Pride you will be responsible for supporting a team of 5-8 commercial cleaners and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Teach, train, and equip team members in assigned area
- Help team members when they need it
- Validate each area every night
- Communicate staffing needs to general manager
- Elevate high potential employees through special assignments
- Coordinate special projects
- Clean personally assigned accounts in an exemplary fashion
- Backfill vacancies as needed

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
