About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards and client specifications.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
