Your responsibilities

• Direct daily concrete operations on commercial sites, setting pace and priorities
• Manage full scope: foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and finishing
• Read and apply structural drawings/specifications; coordinate formwork, rebar, and placement means/methods
• Inspect work, verify tolerances and finish quality, and document results
• Champion OSHA and site safety requirements
• Coordinate with project management, inspectors, and trade partners to protect milestones
• Report progress and escalate risks early to avoid surprises

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial concrete, including 2+ years leading a crew/foreman capacity
• Expertise with forming systems, reinforcing steel, ACI standards, and building codes
• Ability to interpret structural plans and specs
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Proficiencies

• Concrete installation and finishing
• Rod-busting/rebar placement
