SMC Commercial LLC is seeking a high-performing Commercial Concrete Crew Foreman to lead our field operations in the Greater Knoxville area. This is a leadership role for a hands-on professional who knows the industry, respects the craft, and can keep a crew running like a well-oiled machine.

Salary: $65,000 "flex-salary" per year (negotable with experience).

The Work & Schedule
Hours: Standard weeks typically range between 45–55 hours.
Location: Most projects are located within a 50-mile radius of Knoxville, ensuring you spend more time on the job (or at home) and less time on long-distance hauls.
