A growing construction company is looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to take command of field operations for commercial foundation and structural concrete projects. This isn't just a job, it's a chance to prove what real leadership looks like on a jobsite.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of daily field operations for commercial concrete projects
• Direct layout, formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing activities with a critical eye for quality
• Lead and inspire foremen, finishers, laborers, subcontractors, and field crews across active jobsites
• Drive schedules, production goals, and quality standards—and hold the line when it matters
• Champion jobsite safety, enforcing MIOSHA requirements and company procedures without compromise
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documentation with confidence
• Serve as the connective tissue between project managers, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and client representatives
• Spot problems before they become setbacks and resolve them fast to keep momentum alive
• Keep communication sharp and transparent between field teams and office leadership
• Own the planning, sequencing, manpower decisions, and daily execution that make or break a jobsite

What We're Looking For

• 8 or more years of commercial concrete construction experience—you've seen it all and handled it
• 3 or more years in a Superintendent, Foreman, or field leadership role where you called the shots
• Deep knowledge of commercial foundations and structural concrete work
• A track record of leading crews and coordinating multiple subcontractors without missing a beat
• The ability to manage schedules, production timelines, and jobsite priorities like a pro
• Sharp blueprint reading and technical problem-solving instincts
• A safety-first mindset paired with real leadership presence
• Clear, confident communication that earns trust from field crews and office teams alike
• A dependable, decisive nature—you don't wait for permission to make the right call

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000 to $145,000, depending on experience
