Commercial Concrete Superintendent
Location: Pontiac
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial foundation and structural concrete projects. This leadership role requires managing crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily field operations, including layouts, formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pours.
Supervise foremen, laborers, finishers, and subcontractors across multiple job sites.
Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality standards.
Enforce workplace safety regulations and safe work practices.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Resolve field issues and maintain effective communication between field and office teams.
Requirements
8+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
3+ years in a Superintendent or field leadership role.
Strong knowledge of commercial foundations and structural concrete.
Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
Proficient in reading blueprints and solving field-related issues.
Proven ability to manage construction schedules and field operations.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000–$150,000
