TradeSTAR is hiring experienced Conduit Installers to support a national fire alarm contractor working on large-scale commercial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. About the Opportunity
You ll be installing EMT conduit systems to support fire alarm and life-safety infrastructure in commercial environments. This is a hands-on role where quality and precision matter.

What You ll Do
Install EMT conduit for commercial fire alarm systems
Perform conduit bending including offsets, kicks, saddles, and 90s
Lay out and route conduit runs based on blueprints and job specs
Install junction boxes, supports, and raceways
Work alongside fire alarm technicians to support system installation
Maintain clean, organized, and code-compliant work areas
Follow NEC and basic NFPA guidelines for fire alarm infrastructure

What You Bring Conduit Installer Skills
Strong experience running EMT conduit in commercial environments
Proficiency with conduit bending (hand benders, Chicago benders, hydraulic benders)
Ability to perform clean, accurate bends (offsets, 3-point & 4-point saddles)
Experience reading blueprints and laying out conduit pathways
Knowledge of proper support methods (straps, anchors, hangers)
Understanding of raceway installation for low voltage/fire alarm systems
Ability to work at heights, on lifts, and in active construction environments
Familiarity with NEC standards related to conduit installation

Bonus Experience (Preferred)
Experience working on fire alarm or life safety systems
Exposure to NFPA 72 standards
Ability to work independently or lead small crews
