Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and promote collaboration.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing change orders and contract negotiations.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
