Hogan Construction Group is a fast paced, family owned, mid-sized Commercial General Contractor working in the Southeastern United States. We are seeking an Experienced Business Developer to join our team in our Atlanta Office. Candidates should be energetic, highly motivated individuals who enjoy identifying, developing, and maintaining new and existing client relationships to secure profitable work.
Requirements:
Minimum of a four-year degree in Communications, Marketing, or Construction Management required.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Related Fields.
Background in Construction Management and/or Business Development required.
Excellent communications skills to include both verbal and written skills with both internal individuals and external Clients.
Experience utilizing cloud based CRM systems. Hubspot knowledge preferred.
Ability to excel with minimal guidance.
Strong strategic planning skills.
Duties:
Assess leads in conjunction with the Strategic Business Plan.
Generate and track opportunities as a means of securing profitable work.
Assist in the delivery of proposals for potential projects.
Manage Client relationships through project completion to ensure Customer retention.
Represent the Company at selected business organizations and conferences.
