Job TitleEstimatorJob DescriptionPerform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and civil construction projects. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing. Prepare bid proposals, scopes, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to align estimates with operational plans. Maintain current cost data, production rates, and vendor relationships.
