Commercial Construction Laborer Pittsburgh Area

TradeWorX is hiring dependable Commercial Construction Laborers for ongoing projects throughout the eastern Pittsburgh area. We are building a reliable workforce for current and upcoming commercial renovation and selective demolition projects, with opportunities for strong employees to continue onto additional assignments as project needs develop.

Pay & Overtime:

• $20 $22/hour based on experience and assignment
• Up to $23/hour for highly qualified candidates
• Overtime varies by project and is not guaranteed

Schedule:

• Primarily day shift
• Current projects may begin as early as 6:00 AM
• Immediate and upcoming starts
• Long-term and ongoing Pittsburgh-area opportunities

Job Duties:

• Perform selective interior demolition and commercial renovation support
• Remove drywall, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and related materials
• Assist with demolition of kitchens, bathrooms, ductwork, and interior building components
• Move materials and demolition debris safely throughout the site
• Maintain clean, organized, and productive work areas
• Follow foreman, superintendent, and site-specific safety direction

Requirements:

• Commercial construction, demolition, renovation, or related field experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to projects throughout the Pittsburgh area
• Ability to report consistently for early morning starts
• Work boots and appropriate jobsite clothing required
• Strong attendance, safety awareness, and willingness to work across multiple projects
