Construction Laborer — Commercial & Industrial
TradeWorX is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of construction experience who can work independently, support multiple trades, and maintain production pace on active jobsites.

Pay & Schedule

• $20/hour
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities may be available depending on project needs

Responsibilities

• Supporting commercial and industrial construction projects
• Material handling, site cleanup, and trade assistance
• Assisting carpenters, electricians, pipefitters, millwrights, and other skilled trades
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining organized jobsites
• Using basic hand and power tools safely
• Working indoors and outdoors in active construction environments
• Following foreman direction and maintaining safe work practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable supporting multiple trades on active jobsites
• Ability to maintain pace and reliability throughout the workday
• OSHA 10 preferred but not required to start
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
