What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and perform advanced commercial construction plumbing work
- Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
- Serve as the qualifying license holder (if applicable)
- Mentor and develop apprentices and journeymen
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing systems and provide long-term solutions
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Active Master Plumber License (required)
- 7+ years of plumbing experience with strong diagnostic skills
- Proven leadership or mentorship experience
- Deep knowledge of local plumbing codes and compliance
- High level of professionalism with customers and team
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
