What You''ll Be Doing

• Oversee and perform advanced commercial construction plumbing work
• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
• Serve as the qualifying license holder (if applicable)
• Mentor and develop apprentices and journeymen
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing systems and provide long-term solutions
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and best practices

What We''re Looking For

• Active Master Plumber License (required)
• 7+ years of plumbing experience with strong diagnostic skills
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience
• Deep knowledge of local plumbing codes and compliance
• High level of professionalism with customers and team
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
