Commercial Construction Plumbers

Join HAVEN for our Cleves Open House Hiring Event and interview on the spot! We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals who are ready to build or advance their careers in commercial construction plumbing.

Commercial Construction Plumber

Responsibilities

• Install & test commercial plumbing systems including domestic water, DWV, storm, gas, and compressed air piping.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Provides leadership for Apprentices and Helpers when assigned.
• Install plumbing fixtures & equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and jobsite instructions.
• Coordinate effectively with foremen, project teams, and other construction trades.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.
• Perform all assigned duties in an independent and expeditious manner with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Active Journeyman Plumbing license in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky.
• Ability to work with all common plumbing system materials including but not limited to copper, CPVC, PEX, PVC, cast iron & black iron.
• Able to read and interpret plumbing plans, specifications, shop drawings, and other construction related documents.
• Working knowledge of plumbing code, and construction practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform physical construction duties and work independently or as part of a team.
