Responsibilities Include...
Manage ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor project profitability and financial performance.
Conduct owner and team meetings.
Collaborate closely with field operations teams to ensure project success.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications Needed...
5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience required.
Experience managing projects in the $10M-$50M range preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project financial management.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
