Project Manager

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and project reporting
Guide subcontractor coordination and client communication efforts
Oversee estimating, change orders, and project profitability
Travel to project sites as needed to support successful execution

A successful Project Manager should have:
5+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial GC
Strong ground-up construction experience required
Experience delivering retail, office, or hospitality projects
Proven estimating and financial management capabilities
Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills
Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000.
Annual profit-sharing program with historical payouts ranging from $3,000-$12,000, plus 401(k) match
Merit-based advancement, structured mentorship, and a $300/month vehicle allowance
