What you’ll own

• Project financial statements and reporting packages
• Budget tracking, cost-to-complete, and commitment management
• Revenue recognition and forecast updates in partnership with PMs
• Cost analysis to surface savings and flag emerging risks
• Subcontractor pay application processing and documentation control
• Insurance, bond, and subcontractor compliance reviews
• Owner billing, invoice preparation, and accounts receivable support
• Certified payroll compliance and required reporting

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience in construction accounting or project accounting
• Strong command of job costing and project financial controls
• Ability to perform in a fast-moving GC environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
