Title: Commercial Construction Project Engineer  

Location: Fremont, CA

Duration: 03 months of contract to hire | Onsite  

Pay Range:  $60/Hr. to $65/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Manage multiple concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $50K-$600K (occasionally up to $2.5M) across Bay Area R&D facilities.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to execute infrastructure improvements including power upgrades, MSB installations, chilled water, and PCW systems.
• Own project schedules, RFIs, budgets, documentation, permitting coordination, and day-to-day project execution.
• Utilize MS Project (advanced scheduling), Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD/Autodesk, and internal project management tools to manage construction activities.

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Strong background managing MEP infrastructure projects with exposure to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, or building systems.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, schedules, RFIs, permitting, and stakeholder communication.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project with strong scheduling experience is required. Must also have experience with Bluebeam (required), Procore, and AutoCAD/Autodesk.
