Duration: 03 months of contract to hire | Onsite
Pay Range: $60/Hr. to $65/Hr.

Job Description:

Manage multiple concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $50K-$600K (occasionally up to $2.5M) across Bay Area R&D facilities.

Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to execute infrastructure improvements including power upgrades, MSB installations, chilled water, and PCW systems.

Own project schedules, RFIs, budgets, documentation, permitting coordination, and day-to-day project execution.

Utilize MS Project (advanced scheduling), Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD/Autodesk, and internal project management tools to manage construction activities.
MUST HAVES
-
3-5+ years of Project Management experience supporting commercial construction projects.

Strong background managing MEP infrastructure projects with exposure to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, or building systems.

Experience managing vendors, budgets, schedules, RFIs, permitting, and stakeholder communication.

Advanced proficiency in MS Project with strong scheduling experience is required. Must also have experience with Bluebeam (required), Procore, and AutoCAD/Autodesk.
