Job Details

Our Construction Company, a leader in commercial construction, is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of diverse Commercial Construction projects.

From Retail and Grocery Spaces to Industrial and Office Developments, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our exceptional standards of quality. If you're ready to lead with precision and innovation, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities:
· Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project specifications and goals.

· Contract Negotiation: Secure favorable agreements with vendors and subcontractors.

· Permit Management: Obtain necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.

· Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently.

· Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.

· Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and guide contractors and construction teams.

· Quality Assurance: Oversee construction quality, addressing issues to uphold standards.

· Compliance & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations across job sites.

· Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.


Requirements/Qualifications:
o Must have 5+ years experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.

o Strong knowledge of construction procedures, estimation, materials, and project management tools.

o Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards.

o Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Preferred:
o Experience in grocery construction.

o Bilingual in English and Spanish.
