Your new role

\n

As a Project Manager, you will oversee a range of base‑build and interior renovation projects valued between $12M and $60M.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close‑out
• \n
• Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communications
• \n
• Working closely with field leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality project delivery
• \n
• Navigating secure project environments and maintaining compliance with project‑specific requirements
• \n
• Representing the company’s commitment to excellence on every project
• \n

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
• \n
• Strong understanding of ground‑up and interior renovation work
• \n
• Ability to operate effectively within secure, sensitive, or government‑related project environments
• \n
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
• \n
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a commitment to quality
