Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
* 9+ years of construction project management experience
* Degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
* Experience across healthcare, industrial, K‑12, or higher education
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive leader with a collaborative working style
Job Offer
Salary range: $100,000-$130,000 base, plus bonus
* 10% annual bonus and 3-4 weeks PTO
* $875 monthly vehicle allowance
