Boyer Commercial Construction is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead mid-sized commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. Based in Columbia, SC, you'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholders on projects ranging from office buildings to retail and mixed-use developments.
What You'll Do
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects (scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety)
Manage subcontractor coordination, pricing, and performance
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking
Communicate with clients, architects, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
Problem-solve daily site and coordination challenges
What You'll Bring
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven ability to manage projects $1M-$10M+ in scope
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and trades
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Valid driver's license; willing to travel to job sites
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
