As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final turnover and warranty completion. Key responsibilities include:
Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and owners
Conduct project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering activities
Drive procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout processes
Monitor project costs and proactively manage changes and forecasts
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting
Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver projects that meet quality expectations, budget goals, and schedule commitments
The successful applicant will have:
10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
Strong background in commercial construction, retail construction, and/or church/religious construction
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
Experience leading subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional project teams
Knowledge of construction management software and project management tools
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
