Commercial Construction Project Manager
Location: Hendersonville, North Carolina
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 base salary (in addition to bonuses and benefits)
Job Summary:
The Commercial Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential and/or commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role manages project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency with project management software is a plus.
- OSHA certification preferred.
