Commercial Interiors is looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Irving, TX. Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project alignment
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance
Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to minimize delays
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven track record managing ground-up or tenant improvement commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
PMP or CCM certification is a plus
