Description
As a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Stamford, CT, you will:
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Oversee preconstruction planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
- Coordinate with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review project financials, change orders, cost forecasts, and reporting.
- Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff.
Profile
A successful Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Stamford, CT candidate will have:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven track record managing projects ranging from $10M-$100M+.
- Experience delivering corporate interiors, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Proficient in project management software, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
