Commercial Superintendent Opportunity

A well-established and growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join their team. This is an opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading the field team, and delivering quality work from start to finish.

Commercial Superintendent Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background as a Superintendent
• Experience overseeing ground-up and interior commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to manage projects independently with minimal oversight
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required
