JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of superintendent/ project management and design-build/GC experience.
- Commercial and industrial construction experience in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio preferred.
Oversee total construction effort, especially preconstruction, ensuring completion in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
