[Duties]

• Lead in the ONSITE Management and Coordination of the SUB-CONTRACTORS WORK while Project is in progress
• Compile and deliver Daily Project Reports to the Project Manager

[Requirements]

• Must have 5 years Experience on COMMERCIAL and or INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS, ( NOT RESIDENTIAL ), Supervising General, Mechanical, & Electrical Trades SUBCONTRACTORS !
• Must be able to Read Drawings and understand specifications !
• Must pass a Drug Test !
• Will do a Background Check

[Details]

• $70k - $92k a year (Depending on Experience)
• Home at Night, NO TRAVEL
• Projects are not Huge and are Typically on West Side of Cleveland
• YOU can Start Work NOW !!
• We have Projects LINED-UP, a QUALIFIED -COMPETENT -SUPERINTENDENT Could Expect to be with US for a LONG TIME !!
