Superintendent PositionReporting to senior operations leadership, the Superintendent will be responsible for leading site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projectsManage site safety, scheduling, quality control, and project executionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholdersDrive project progress and proactively resolve field issuesMaintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership teamsEnsure adherence to contract documents, budgets, and construction schedulesRepresent the company professionally with clients, partners, and community stakeholdersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
