GOCO Builders, LLC is looking for a talented and experienced commercial construction superintendent to lead the construction of commercial and/or multi-family projects. The superintendent will be responsible for all on-site operations, managing subcontractors and directly supervising the field workers, taking the project from start to finish. Candidate must have an absolute commitment to safety, strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Candidate shall also be proficient in planning and scheduling, quality control, and document control.
