Commercial Construction SuperintendentReporting to senior operations leadership, the Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead field operations on ground-up commercial and light industrial construction projects throughout Georgia, with occasional travel required.Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality objectives.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Monitor daily site operations, manpower planning, and sequencing of work.Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively while driving accountability among project teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
