Commercial Construction SuperintendentReporting to senior operations leadership, the Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead field operations on ground-up commercial and light industrial construction projects throughout Georgia, with occasional travel required.Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality objectives.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Monitor daily site operations, manpower planning, and sequencing of work.Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively while driving accountability among project teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.For the Commercial Construction Superintendent we are seeking:3-5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction, although more experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial, industrial, aviation, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or data center projects.Strong understanding of site safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and take ownership of project outcomes.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel occasionally throughout Georgia as project demands require.Experience with construction management software, scheduling tools, and project reporting systems is preferred.What's on offer:Annual performance bonus program with significant earning potential and no fixed cap.Vehicle allowance ranging from approximately $300-$1,000 per month.401(k) with 4% company match.Profit-sharing program with vesting.Comprehensive health insurance benefits.15 days of paid time off.Opportunity to join a growing regional office positioned for strategic expansion.A collaborative culture that values accountability, entrepreneurship, and employee ownership.Long-term career advancement with a respected commercial construction contractor.
