Commercial Construction Superintendent - Mechanical

Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing – an established, locally owned company proudly serving Central Texas since 1976 – is looking for a Mechanical Construction Superintendent to join its team.

We are looking for either a:

• Mid- or senior-level commercial Construction Superintendent in mechanical construction OR a
• Project Manager in mechanical construction with personnel management capability

The ideal Mechanical Construction Superintendent candidate will have:

• Customer management skills
• Familiarity with estimating (a plus but not required)
• Commercial building construction experience
• Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects and manage job Foremen
• Professional skills including correspondence, spreadsheets and other software
• People management skills, including time management and issue resolution
