Job Description
- MUSTHAVE MULTI-UNIT FOR SERIOUS CONSIDERATIONS
The Multi-unit Construction Superintendent (MULTI-UNIT) will oversee the successful execution of mixed-use and multi-unit development projects. This role involves coordinating all phases of construction, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget using industry-standard tools like Procore and MS Project.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities from inception to completion
- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage and supervise subcontractor performance to ensure quality and schedule adherence
- Document meeting minutes and run meetings with subcontractors and internal construction team
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction superintendent experience in residential mult-unit
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Large project experience
- MUST HAVE csl
- MUSTHAVE MULTI-UNIT FOR SERIOUS CONSIDERATIONS
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Proficient in meeting minutes management and leading construction team meetings
- Multi-unit residential and mixed-use project experience required
