About the Role:
Ryan Contractors, Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent in the Clackamas, Oregon area to join our growing team in Riverside, CA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and field crews throughout all phases of construction
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship quality
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret plans, specs, and RFIs
• Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, and site documentation
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on the jobsite
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule delays proactively

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role
• Strong knowledge of commercial  construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-trade jobsites
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Riverside, CA jobsites
