A bit about us:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on high-quality commercial construction projects throughout the Atlanta market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys being hands-on in the field, takes ownership of project execution, and wants to work with a respected commercial GC known for delivering complex projects with a strong focus on communication, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
Conduct daily site walks and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documents.
Identify potential scheduling, quality, safety, and constructability issues before they impact the project.
Maintain high standards for quality control and workmanship.
Enforce site safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and project planning activities.
Track manpower, materials, equipment, and production.
Assist with project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and turnover.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients and project stakeholders.

Job Details

What We're Looking For
5+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a General Contractor.
Proven experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Assistant Superintendent.
Experience managing commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.
Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Strong subcontractor and trade coordination experience.
Experience with project scheduling and construction management software.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
OSHA knowledge and a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule and quality expectations.
