Job Description
- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and resolve any challenges.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers and clients.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation as required.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Background in healthcare, light industrial, education, institutional, and/or commercial construction
- Experience managing projects from initial sitework through final turnover
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous construction experience in Savannah or Coastal Georgia is a plus
