Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Manage daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines. Lead site meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Maintain strong relationships with high-quality subcontractor partners. Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with overall schedule and budget. Proactively communicate with leadership. Support and mentor junior team members on project execution and problem-solving.

The Successful Applicant

7-10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent. Proven experience with ground-up construction (required). Strong background in Structural steel, Masonry, and Sitework. Experience with public sector projects strongly preferred. No stick-frame residential experience. Highly organized with strong leadership and communication skills. Direct, assertive personality with the ability to collaborate and problem-solve effectively. Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
