In this Project Superintendent role, you will take the lead on multiple fast-moving commercial construction projects where your ability to stay ahead, think clearly, and keep subcontractors aligned directly impacts the success of each job. You will oversee 1–5 active commercial construction projects at a time, depending on size, complexity, and schedule demands.
This is a fast-paced field leadership role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and the challenge of keeping multiple projects moving at once. Some projects may move through 6–12-week cycles, while others may require longer timelines and deeper coordination. Either way, your ability to organize the field, lead subcontractors, maintain schedules, and solve issues before they become delays is what sets you apart.
The work will be in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Santa Clara and surrounding areas, per diem may be an option depending on project location and assignment.

Your compensation for this Project Superintendent role will include a competitive base salary in the $100,000-$150,000 range with a bonus target of 10% of salary, along with a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan options, and paid time off. You will work locally across the Santa Clara and surrounding Bay Area region with minimal long-distance travel.
