Based in Conshohocken, PA, we're a growing general contractor specializing in commercial office fit-outs, tenant improvements, and interior commercial construction. This is a working superintendent role, meaning you'll oversee daily job site operations while remaining actively involved in the work. Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Overtime available based on project needs

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily operations on commercial construction job sites
• Lead crews while working alongside them as needed
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed efficiently
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and job site safety
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including job site supervision
• Hands-on experience with commercial office fit-outs, tenant improvements, and interior renovations
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and coordinate multiple trades
• Safety-focused with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license

Requirements

• Must have your own truck
• Must provide your own hand tools
• Must be willing to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of Conshohocken
• Must be comfortable performing physical construction work while supervising projects
