Jr. Estimator

As the Jr. Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of commercial construction projects while partnering closely with operations and business development teams.
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for commercial construction projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop complete project pricing
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving recommendations
- Collaborate with project management and operations teams during preconstruction
- Support proposal submissions and help secure new business opportunities

For the Jr. Estimator we are seeking:
- 3-5 years of estimating experience within commercial construction
- Experience estimating Class A office, high-rise, and tenant improvement projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing strategies
- Experience performing accurate quantity takeoffs and bid analysis
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment
