Commercial/Consumer Bank Executive Loan Assistant

Our Client is seeking a Commercial/Consumer Bank Executive Loan Assistant for their corporate office in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial and Consumer banking loan products, strong customer service, marketing, and administrative skills. Strong experience in Client Interfacing, Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, and technical skills required. Understanding of bank products, along with commercial and consumer underwriting processes preferred.

Position provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to commercial and consumer lending teams. Additionally, this role assists loan officers throughout the loan origination and servicing process by preparing documentation, maintaining loan files, communicating with customers, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policies. The Loan Assistant also plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, marketing, technical assistance, with strong presentations, while supporting efficient and accurate administrative assistance to loan processing team.
