Commercial Credit Analyst

We are seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to join the bank. The right candidate will have experience working for a bank underwriting commercial loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n

• Analyzes credit information pertaining to commercial loans, most commonly CRE loans

\n

• Conducts complex credit investigations

\n

• Prepares credit memorandums for presentation to loan officers or committees

\n

• Provides guidance to credit analyst

\n

• Assists loan officers as needed

\n

• Maintains control over credit standings of current accounts - furnishes information relative to credit inquiries

\n

\n

REQUIREMENTS:

\n

•A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related field strongly preferred

\n

•Minimum of 2+ years experience working within a bank performing credit analysis for commercial loans

\n

•Working knowledge and understanding of commercial loan products (CRE and other types), policies, procedures and federal regulations

\n

•Strong aptitude for figures and accuracy

\n

•Proven problem solving, decision making, underwriting and analytical skills

\n

•Demonstrated knowledge of applied accounting and finance concepts as well as proficiency in performing detailed financial analyses

\n

•Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently under time constraints

\n

•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with good organizational and time management skills

\n

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
