Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Commercial Credit Manager to lead credit risk management and oversee a small AR/Credit team. This role is critical in protecting company assets while supporting business growth through sound credit decisions.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring someone confident, analytical, and assertive in enforcing credit policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce credit policies aligned with company goals

- Review and approve credit applications, assign credit limits, and make final credit decisions

- Conduct financial analysis including cash flow, credit reports, and financial statements

- Manage credit holds, collections strategy, and slow-pay accounts
- Perform risk assessments using financial modeling and quantitative analysis

- Partner with sales teams while maintaining authority over credit decisions

- Build and maintain customer accounts in ERP system (Billtrust – training provided)
- Oversee loan processing and underwriting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
